My Happiness Promise
I source the fabric for all my headscarves locally, in my adopted hometown of Hoi An, Vietnam. (Look it up, it’s beautiful!) I’ve also enlisted a local tailor (my friend Bee) to make scarves that are both stylish and comfortable.
I do my best to make sure that every scarf is top-quality – but there’s always the possibility that I overlook something.
Let’s face it: Hair loss can suck and I don’t want to make your pain any worse! I want you to be happy with your Happy Headscarf.
So if you have any problems with your order, let me know. I’ll accept returns or exchanges bought directly from ladyalopecia.com (within 30 days of your purchase)…and offer a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
Returns
Wanna return your scarf? Please email hello@ladyalopecia.com to receive my return address (Note: the headscarf must be unused!)
Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable – and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once I receive the scarf back, and find it in good condition, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Scarf not what you expected? If you’re happy to cover the return shipping costs, email me about an exchange – I can ship your new item once I have received and inspected the original scarf.
